Pamela has over 25 years of combined experience in all areas financial services and experience in managing national platforms for Compliance, Originations, Servicing/BSA Regulatory Compliance, loss mitigation, origination underwriting, operational risk management, credit policy and counter-party risk. within the public and private financial consulting sector.

Prior to launching PDAC, she managed leadership roles with Discover, GMAC, Wells Fargo, Chase, Freddie Mac and Bank of America and several other banks.

She has lived by the guidance and necessity to Follow your Passion, Purpose and to Protect. Pamela is known for her love of basketball, tennis, golf, and mentoring.                                                                                                                                                          

Felicia Cushingberry experience consists of decades of mortgage industry experience, serving in senior management positions in loss mitigation, origination underwriting, operational risk management, credit policy and counter-party risk. Before Regions, Felicia was a Manager at Chase Home Lending, Citigroup, and managed underwriter for the Servicing and Loss Mitigation divisions. 

Her hobbies consist of Fashion Design/Reading, Business Coaching, Mentoring, Volunteering and Traveling. 

Tiffany is a recruiting GURU and lead recruiting manager for Press Defense Audit Consulting. Her knowledge and experience consist of temp-hire, direct-hire, and contract resources. She has more than 15 years of experience in the staffing and consulting industry focused on health staffing with Parkland Hospital. Her hobbies include, Reading, Traveling, Mentoring and Golf.

  Timberly has 20 years of experience overseeing several top companies. She serves as the director of Human Resource and has currently returned to her Passion with people. Timberly, received a BA in Science and Economics from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, and continues to bake the award winning cakes in memory of her mother.
